No me gusto tuve situación con mi cuarto fui a pedir servicio y nunca lo arreglaron un aire acondicionado botando agua los 3 días alfombra mojada y no me cambiaron de cuarto y fui dos veces a infórmalo y no hicieron nada me cambiaron las toallas y dejaron los zafacones lleno de basura pedí servicio y tampoco hicieron nada no vuelvo a reservar ahí mala experiencia.

Where to start?! They took a picture of my credit card and license when I checked. I’ve never had that happen before. I’m not ok with it. The place was very dirty. Trash all around the outside. I don’t think my room had been vacuumed recently. The carpets in the hallway and in the room were stained and very dirty. The pool area had about five chairs and grass growing up through cracks between the pavers. It was a bad stay. I will never use this hotel again even though it is near where I need to be for business a few times per year. Also, it was noisy. Every door slammed and shook the room.

Se reportó problema con el aire acondicionado del cuarto votando agua y mojando la alfombra con mucha agua dos veces lo reporte y no lo arreglaron y no enfriaba bien y la limpieza en el cuarto pésimo lo informe y me dijeron que quedaba del empleado hacerlo

They did not have our reservation. Then they found out that someone had checked us in before we even arrived. The room was very smelly. Like urine. Perhaps an animal had peed in there. The air was hard to control and I found it to be very cold. The carpet was stained in areas as was the side of the bed. I would never stay there again.

Blood on sheets when we got to our room. Had to move rooms. Will not accommodate a late check out because apparently the max is 3 for the whole crappy hotel and coincidentally 3 rooms have them. Staff is so rude ….DO NOT STAY HERE. NO MANAGER ON WEEKENDS APPARENTLY.

Warning do not stay here. The general manager opened my bedroom door while I was in bed. I travel by myself with no explanation of why this happened. When I confronted the manager about this situation, he had me police removed for disrupting his hotel warning. All women stay away from this hotel. If you have stayed at this hotel in the past and have missed items, have felt as if your things have been rumished through they probably have. The general manager's name is Jay javit javid. He is not by no means a good person. Corporate refuses to ddress his unlawful entry the staff is horrible they decided to stand up for their GM this women through down her clipboard and wanted to get into a fight. I'm 62 years old with disability. Do not stay here. It's dangerous. You will take your life into your own hands. Your safety is not a priority. Please stay away. I'm able to clean

Une caution de 50 dollars est demandé puis débité et ils font un scan de la carte visa Donc ils ont tous les chiffres de ma carte ce qui me déplaît

Struttura pulita ed accogliente. Una stanza grande e comoda

Mold in shower. Had to find housekeeping to get extra washcloths. Trash not emptied during stay. Had to use bag from store for trash.
