Reception staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and fresh.

Room is spacious and clean. We stayed in the new block which is some distance from the pub, and so is quiet. The bed is comfortable, and we appreciate the amount of drawer space. The room also comes with a kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee. Missing are a kitchen sink (though bathroom basin can do the job), and dishwashing liquid. A plus is Carmel Village 5 min drive away. Coles there is a real revelation. On the downside, we stayed on the upper floor, but there are no lifts to haul our heavier luggages upstairs. Also the high voltage power lines running close to the hotel can be of concern to some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return for future stays.

Good, general motel accommodation with the pub next door that dies tend to make the stay a little noisy….not the pub itself but some of the tired and emotional patrons at closing time!! Staff attitude and service was excellent and the rooms very clean. The area around the motel is undergoing major renovations so there is a lot of building material and items that don’t make for the most pleasant general environment. If you want a main meal, the pub has a food truck out the front that serves pizza and pasta due to the renovations so choice is limited to Italian flavours.

Stayed in the standard rooms there is no wifi with these rooms, the rooms are only serviced 3 days a week and reception only opened until 6pm. Didn’t find out until we got to the motel about these. The place was worth the amount we paid, convenient location and service was incredible only downfall was not having wifi in the room as we had to purchase data to book things we were doing.

The room was clean and spacious, so no complaints there. However, the pub was being renovated, so only a pizza van was available for dinner. I'm sure this will improve once the pub is renovated, but it meant we had to drive around looking for food, and when you don't know the area, it's hard to know where to go.

We had a Saturday night stay in a family room. Spacious and clean, comfy beds. Decor could do with a refresh but everything was functioning and reflected the price we paid. Renovations to the club onsite caused no issues and the food truck temporarily replacing the restaurant was decent. The accommodation seems to span 3 separate blocks, with ours being the one attached to the reception, closest to the busy road. We didn't feel the traffic was overly noisy, but could disturb some if light sleepers. Parking was right outside and it was 2 stories of accommodation. It looks like they are doing lots of renovations so there seems to be alot of potential for the property. A pool would be fab, there is a big expanse of grass behind the block we were in, would be wonderful. Overall a comfortable and good-value stay :)
