It includes multiple master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a dining room with views of the marsh, a kitchen and a kitchenette. Outdoor spaces include a large deck, a balcony off the second floor master bedroom, and a third floor roof deck with amazing views. The house includes air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, and an outdoor grill. It fits up to 18 people and has 6-7 parking spaces.The layout is as follows:1st floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
