Beautiful 19th century home located in Downtown Ann Arbor blocks from the U of M. Hospitals and Campuses. This rrenovated home has been split into two totally separate units one upper and one lower. This upper unit features four bedrooms with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and each one with its own television for those lazy mornings!
