This property does not meet the standard for 4-star. The property is very dated. Also, check-in was not welcoming. The attendant acted as if I was bothering her when I checked in. I did not receive any details about dining, wifi, or any other amenities at the hotel. I asked at check-out for my receipt to be emailed to me and I still have not received it. I would not recommend this property.

Sheraton hotel never disappoints. Wherever you travel, you can rely them for world class service and amenities. I wish there are more EV charging station for non-Tesla cars, since more car marque swtiching to EV now

I am so impressed. i travel a lot. and weber's Hotel. Far exceeded my expectations.
The only issue we had My husband went to the restaurant to get a meal ( i was not allowed to eat.) and told not without a reservation. I wish we knew that on Check in all we were told it would be open at 4:30. Everything else was amazing.

Ordered food via room service, which was great. The upgraded bathroom was a big plus too. Friendly staff and clean, quiet room. I couldn’t ask for more.

This is our 3rd visit to Weber's in the last few years and it is always a pleasure from start to finish. We love the renovated room and excellent bathroom.

Had a great stay...would highly recommend...and already have. So very convienient to dow town Ann Arbor, but off by itself on Jackson Rd.

Mouse traps were rather alarming, maids woke us up shouting at top volume to each other down the corridor.

The location was great. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. The on-site restaurant and bar were wonderful. Joe the bartender was stellar, happy hour at bar was awesome and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. We’ll be back!
