The back door off the apartment that leads to that area is for emergency exit only.This apartment is located above a tavern. You may hear noise on a busy night or weekend event. The building is very well built and has double pane windows, but it is impossible to block all sound. The outdoor deck sits above the tavern's patio seating area, so there may be noise while the patrons are outside eating, drinking, and smoking. This is a very busy neighborhood that often has events. Parking is very tight on the main road. You may not be able to find a space directly in front of the building and oftentimes will have to park on the side streets. We provide an overnight parking pass that will allow you to park on the street for free. This pass must be returned at checkout. There is no overnight street parking in Providence without a permit. Parking can be made available just off-site.Our visitors have access to the entire 3rd floor of the building, which is completely renovated while retaining historic character and detail. Spacious and bright with tall ceilings and tons of light, you'll love the unique open floor plan, the chef's kitchen, and the gorgeous spa bath. Granite counters with a waterfall edge, deep sink, and seating define the enormous kitchen island. The kitchen has so much storage and all the necessary tools and appliances to make a nice meal or start the day with coffee or a smoothie. The bedrooms are large and airy, with built-in closets, drawers, and additional seating. Once you've walked home from a fantastic day out, you'll snuggle into the luxury of Boll & Branch sheets, Lincove pillows, and a 100% cotton bathrobe.
