Private entrance overlooking the marsh with abundant wildlife. Daily visitors include deer, heron and duck. Occasional visitors include fox, raccoon and eagle. We are 10 minutes from Berlin which has been awarded “coolest small town in America”. With award winning restaurants and boutiques there is something for everyone. Hollywood has even filmed 2 movies here: Runaway Bride starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts and Tuck Everlasting starring: William Hurt, Sissy Spacek and Ben Kingsley. Assategue National Park is 15 minutes away come see the wild ponies and some of the best wind surfing in the country.
