Disturbing the Peace violations may be issued.Do Not use the mics in the Hot Tub as water will damage them. Clean the Weber grill after each use. The grill brush is hanging to the left on the grill & the grill spray is under the Kitchen sink. Do not put any metal, or curry on the Quartz countertops as this will damage them.Load the dishwasher before leaving. Turn off all TV's and the fireplace when leaving the home.Turn off all lights & lock all doors to the front, back and patio when leaving. Place trash in a garbage bag and put inside the trash can outside. The gate code will need to be entered after 8:00pm-7:00am. Property Access:NOTE: For your Safety, Maintenance may need to occur during your stay. All efforts will be made to avoid coming inside unless it is an Emergency. A phone call, text, or message will be sent to make you aware before their arrival. Workers will ring the doorbell & knock on the front door before coming inside.
