Enjoy the sprawling privately fenced backyard, with a large pampering hot-tub, specious lawn great for outdoor gathering, play-set and a fire pit. You'll also have the master bedroom, main bathroom and 3 bedroom on that floor. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.- Our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 8am.- Please no shoes inside the house as this keeps our floors looking nicer for longer.- We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property. breaking this rule will incur a 250$\day fine. - If you're bringing a pet, please disclose at the time of booking. There is a $25/day pet fee for each pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed at one time.- Late checkout will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.- If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required.- If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
