The condo offers everything you will need for a carefree getaway. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by stunning gulf views from every window. located on the 2nd floor, you will be amazed with a beautiful view of the ocean while listening to the waves at night. Be sure not to miss the most spectacular sunsets right from the condo, on the balcony or down on the beach.Cook your own meals in the well equipped kitchen or grab the BBQ set and head downstairs to use one of the gas grills on site. Not up for cooking? Santini Marina Plaza is located directly across the street (not fully operational yet) with multiple restaurants to choose from. If you'd like to venture out, the island offers many delicious food options all along Estero Blvd and near Times Square. Our favorite place to eat is at Oliver's across the street and of course the best Ice Cream ever right next door.Load and head downstairs with the provided beach chairs, towels and cooler for an afternoon on the beach. If you want to take a break from the sand you can relax by the heated pool on one of the many chaise lounges.Along with the heated pool, Estero Beach and Tennis Club offers many amenities for our guests. There are tennis courts , new Pickle Ball and shuffle board for some fun and exercise away from the beach. The complex is situated on the south end of the island and is a short walk, drive or trolley ride to several restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, boat rentals, water sports and so much more.If you'd like to spend some time indoors, there are games, cards and a 50" television for your enjoyment. With our high speed internet, you can enjoy Netflix and other streaming applications on the smart TV. Once the sun goes down, enjoy a perfect night of sleep on the new king size bed. Fort Myers Beach Short Term Rental #21-0112.Fresh, clean and cozy, this modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Occupying the ground floor of our four-unit building, the décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. This popular ground floor unit features a primary bedroom with queen bed and new memory foam mattress and the bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware. The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided. For access and your security, you will be assigned a unique 4-digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south to Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.Other things to note: It’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away.
