A large dining table to seat everyone while staring at the postcard view of the straights and Mount Baker.Parking for up to 4 cars is available onsite and there is a maximum of 10 people (adults and children) allowed at the house.The house is 5 minutes from Eastsound and has unobstructed views of the straights and Mt Baker. The neighborhood is quiet, rural residential so this is NOT A PARTY house, it is incredibly important to me that any guests of the house are great neighbors so please observe the quiet hours and remember that there are others living near by. There is public access to the beach 200 yards down the lane, the neighbors to the left and right own the beach either side of the public access to the mean high water level so although you can walk along the beach, please be respectful and keep some distance from the waterfront home yards.There is a security camera covering the parking area and entrance to the house.Mooring buoy and kayaks are available with signing of a waiverDogs are welcome but the following Pet Policy must be adhered to:1.
