「Everything is good except cleanliness. The floor in the room was sticky, there was a lot of dust under the bed, bed linens had a blood spots (thanks it was changed by our request). The balcony floor and cushions were too dusty, we didn't even sit on them. The resort is good and maybe it was not the season, but I think the staff should focus on cleaning first, that's main priority goal for every resort.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience.
 While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value.
 We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat.
 We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay.
