At the last minute, we decide to rent our chalet, our cosy nest, we the 5 marmots because we will not be able to come this summer.It is located in Samoens, a beautiful mountain village, authentic, in Haute Savoie, very lively in summer and winter. It is precisely in the quiet hamlet of Vercland, 3km above the village, next to the restaurant La Reposette, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer.Completely renovated recently, it is comfortable and practical, ideal for a family.It is composed of an entrance + large living room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each with bathroom/WC on the first floor. Apartment Marmot is a superb newly built two bedroom ground floor apartment in the beautiful historic village of Samoens. Please note the second bedroom is a small bunkroom. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is ideally located 5 mins walk to the village centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is located directly opposite the free Grand Massif ski bus. An ideal winter and summer destination. 260km of ski trails in the winter and hiking, biking, rafting and swimming in the summer months.Accommodates: 4 peopleMaster bedroom: Includes king size bed, double wardrobe (with plenty of hanging space, shelves and drawer), chest of drawers and access to sunny terrace/garden.
