Its a good hotel.

This hotel advertised an indoor pool that would quote "be great for parents when its cold outside." But when we areived the pool was closed for the season, there isn't anywhere on the website that says the indoor pool closes for the season. The pool is the only reason I booked this place. The beds were hard as rocks, it was so still that if you flopped down to hard you would hurt yourself. Housekeeping kept passing our room up even though I signed a form stating I wanted housekeeping everyday. The only thing I liked about this place was the free breakfast. But I will never be going back.

This is an older motel and it showed. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The coffee maker didn’t work and instead had a strobing light that we needed to cover. We didn’t touch the alarm clock and yet it went off at 6:00am and 6:00am. Finally this was a disabled room with slippery floors in the bathroom with a decline from the shower. Someone will get hurt.

Location was good, near the old Town area of Boulder City. The bed was uncomfortable and felt old and worn out. It's a big hotel, but only 9 king-size beds. 6 used in disabled rooms ( we were put in one even though we didn't book that or need it) because the only other 3 king beds were already booked. We were on the ground floor, that was ok except it was so noisy late into the night, and started up again very early in the morning (6am)

Avoid! Property is slightly run down-- outdated and not like in the photos. Front desk staff is rude and dismissive. False/misleading advertising; there is NO POOL as the indoor pool is unheated and "closed for winter season" --- not like advertised. Breakfast room ran out of the hot make-your-own-waffles (the best and only part of the breakfast that tasted decent) by 8:30AM; guests were asking if more waffle batter could be made available, and the breakfast room attendant was loudly rude and dismissive in response (like the front desk staff). No customer service. Grumpy staff and bad vibe all around.

Breakfast is good and the woman who serves is especially attentive to detail. The pool and hot tub are seasonal, closed for winter. Walls fairly thin: you can hear the TV in the adjacent room. Felt safe, walk to the old town easily, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

This hotel is located in the charming historic district of Boulder City. The property is well cared for and the staff are fantastic. A charming lady was very kind and helpful to me when I arrived late at night. The staff were warm and accommodating. There are also several dining options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
