Friendly staff and cute property but overall a pretty horrible experience. We had to sleep in a room that fluctuated between 80-82. We let the staff know and they said they turned the A/C off so the temperature couldn’t be changed. Spent way too much money to sweat all night with the family…

Our check in was not great, she seemed to ignore ******* offered us an upgrade. One night there was a couple fighting from 12 midnight to almost 3 am. They decided to wax floors at 3 pm, seems a bit late and at check in to try and redirect guests to wax floors. The convenience of the location though made up for the above! And Sean at the bar along with the chef were fantastic!! Sean would be the reason to go back to the bar and restaurant! So all in all an ok stay. Would recommend for convenience.

Great little boutique style hotel. Amazing and well priced breakfast in their lounge/bar. Seemed happening in the evening before the bruins game. 2 min walk to the game and easy return. Surprised at cost of such a well made breakfast menu. Very good, very attentive staff.

Nice double bed room, super clean, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, over all a great place to stay. We stayed at The Boxer because we went to a Depeche Mode show at the TD Garden, a really easy 5 min walk.

Everything was clean, but they tried to charge an extra fee that I already paid. The $101 hold is ridiculous for incidentals, doesn’t need to be more than $25. The bathroom door didn’t lock in our room. Lady at the desk was not hospitable, rather she was curt and grumpy.

Staff was friendly. Room was small which was ok however lack of linens and they would not bring more. Restaurant food is pricey and the menu is tiny. Parking is not ideal and there is no staff to help they seem understaffed.

We were put in a corner room which left us virtually no space to move around. Bed was too soft, parking situation was horrible. There was literally a pole blocking the view of the TV. Just an overall bad experience. We wont be staying here again.
