伊里亞德飯店(The Eliot Hotel)

Boutique hotel at a great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station and located on the most beautiful back bay area. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, we got a room with a very nice shower. Our bed wasn't the most comfortable thing, but we were there for 2 nights and we made it alright. Very quiet place, filled with locals around the area and very safe. This is a prime location!!!

Staff was incredibly pleasant. Valet was great and worked around our schedule. Room was clean and quiet. Walkable to nearby restaurants and events. Quick access to transit. Only complaint - The large key, while unique, is inconvenient when doing anything outside of the hotel.

Definitely do this. The Eliot was outstanding. Booked a standard room (actually booked 3 standard rooms) and all of us were upgraded to suites. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well cared for. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. They made our stay a delight. Travis and Jean were standouts for their humor, smiles and passion to assist but never insist. Continental Breakfast was an excellent value and well presented and expansive in its offerings. We would stay at this hotel again without question. Simply the best we’ve experienced.

The employees were fabulous but I have to say I don’t understand how The Eliot is still getting the prices they charge. Large room? Yes. But I thought by the pictures they had updated since I stayed there 20 years ago. Nope. Old Elevator. Old Hallways. Old bathroom. High quality for in its day but I’m very very disappointed for how much I paid. There were many less expensive options but I thought I was paying for higher quality. If it’s old and it looks dirty, even if it’s clean, it feels dirty.

Old world charm. The rooms are very comfortable, and so quiet for a busy city location, that you can easily sleep in if you choose. Ideally located in historic Back Bay and is close to anything you may want to do in Boston. Walking distance to fine dining and shopping too! Very pleasant staff and very clean rooms and bathrooms.

This was our third visit to the beautiful Eliot Hotel. We are always impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the quiet and comfort for a great nights sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You are treated in a way that I can only describe as "before Covid" and by that I mean they meet you at the door, park your car and deliver your luggage. We are always treated extraordinarily well.

My stay was perfect, lovely suite, great location, service exceptional and breakfast next door at the Harvard Club was delicious ! Shopping and dining all within casual walking distance and of course Fenway, is just a short distance away as well.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel is an easy walk to Fenway, to the train station, to Newbury shops and restaurants, even an easy walk to Boston Common. Hotel is very clean. We will stay there again.
