We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times when we come into town and the past two times have been absolutely horrible. The room that we stayed in this past time had glass all over the floor. My husband stepped on a piece and I went to the front desk and the night clerk was rude and disrespectful, and on her phone the entire time, I told her about the broken glass and she was like you just don’t wanna broom. I asked to be moved and she said I could move, but I had to pack up all my stuff in my room and she wouldn’t give me a key to the new room and she also wanted to move us all the way down to the other end of the hotel, when we were up close to the front very inconvenient.If it was a star rating, I would give it one out of five stars. The one star would be for the lady that checked me in. She was very wonderful.

There was no coffee in the room. What was there had been opened. Had to ask for towels but they were readily able. No tissue in the room either but they brought it right away. Friendly service. Breakfast was really skimpy. I’ve had a better continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Was okay for the one night. Could use remodeling.

Had a few problems with the room upon arrival (towels, coffee stuff, and TV) and Kelly HOOKED US UP!!!! On 2nd day, cleaning crew took our dirties but didnt replace...had to go to front desk, KELLY hooked us up again!!! Overall, great visit

The hotel was in generel what to expect in this price range. But there is a lot of noise coming from the road just next to the hotel. It is very trafficked and with trucks honking all night. Also there is no breakfast even though they say there is. A granola bar does not count as breakfast! I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old facility old bed made noise all through the night. Train comes by blowing whistle every hour to wake you up

Front desk clear had attitude unfriendly, the noise of guest arguing, fighting, you can hear other guest conversation and other fictions through the walls. Poor cleaning.

They said the room has 2 wrens but they are doubles. There is a gap around the door that you can see light through which makes it noisy and difficult to warm the room. We had a man approach us in the parking lot asking for money. Very uncomfortable

Room was so dirty we had to change rooms. Hair all over, ********** all over the shower, dirty towels, urine etc. Second room was just as bad.
