貝斯特韋斯特格蘭德法國人飯店(Best Western Grand Hotel Francais)

The hotel is situated in an ideal area close to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Be aware that you cannot park outside the hotel. It is best to contact the hotel and ask for the name of the parking garage that you can get a discount to park in. The room is a good size and our balcony had a decent view. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is well-appointed. Toothbrushes and other hygiene products are not available in the room. The value for money is quite good, considering the location. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel on a quiet side road. We stayed here for the Medoc marathon and we came and went at odd times of the day. The reception staff were attentive and met our needs. They had a refillable water bottle in the room and a water dispenser near reception which was a great idea. Easy walk to the hotel from the tram from the airport and great location for walking around Bordeaux.

Solo stay to watch the rugby, great location in the old city area, shops, bars & restaurants all close by, great architecture, city and river walks 👍👍

Quarto muito pequeno e apertado. As instalações são boas, mas tudo comprimido. O serviço de quarto deixa a desejar no aspecto de reposição de itens consumidos.

The hotel is a beautiful old building that has recently been renovated. The staff were really helpful with our enquires on where to eat & how to get around the city . It is in a lovely area - we really loved our stay here.

Personnel vraiment au top et très bien situé sans avoir les nuisances de la foule. P.S: Merci pour le café😀

Located just inside the pedestrian area in a quiet street as you walk in it smells great! The room was a good size, extremely comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. Changed my perception of Best Western!
