Bonsall飯店

Bit of a mixed-bag this one. I stayed in the twin room for 2 nights. The room oddly looks as though it’s been lifted and deposited direct from a Premier Inn (but smaller). It’s dark due to the use of dark purple and dark wood on almost everything. The bathroom is fresh and contemporary though. There’s a generous selection of teas and coffee plus biscuits. One of the reasons I chose the Fountains tearoom and B&B was because of the tearoom downstairs. I arrived, after a long tiring journey, at 3.30pm thinking I was just in time to grab a snack in the tearoom, however Iike a lot of visitors if you read the comments dating back years, I was told by a very offhand older member of staff the kitchen was closed. It closes at 3pm, so all the info and literature stating that tearoom hours are 9am to 4pm are misleading to say the least. (The owner later stated that ‘our staff have families to go home to’). When I asked I was also told that breakfast was from 9am, even though this staff member was now fully aware I was a guest, and I mentioned I needed to be somewhere by 10am the next morning. So the next morningI hung around to 9am and dashed down to breakfast to find other guests already eating breakfast, a (different) member of staff said guests were served from 8.30am! I complained by text to the owner who responded very quickly saying she’d look into it. The owner could not be faulted for responding to queries/complaints - the evening before I’d rung her asking how the heating worked as it was cold and she came out straight away to check the thermostat in the hall. The breakfast was prompt, hot and very tasty. Other negative points: The mattress had springs starting to poke up, the pillows were thin and lumpy (they’re cheap enough to buy for goodness’ sake). The thinnish duvet (no sheets apart from the fitted one on the mattress) only just covered the bed, so wouldn’t be great for larger visitors. I personally will not be staying again.

Play and stay visit . We stayed in a pirate suite and I must say it was a really nice room , clean and spacious , quiet and a great little club house (bar) . We payed for the birthday package and sweet bouquet. There where birthday banners,balloons and a gullivers bear in the room along with the sweetie bouquet all went down well and then shortly after checking in gully and pirate came to see us with a birthday cake we had a dance and took some photos. The entertainment in thr evening was good . Tom did a great job at entertaining the kids making sure no one was left out and everyone got Involved. Drinks where reasonably priced and can't comment on food as we ate out . Sausages and bacon at breakfast didn't look great so we decided to drive down the road, park doesn't open till 10:30 on a Sunday and you have to check out at 10 anyway so had some time to waste. Great birthday stay value for money and both Tom and Hannah where wonderful making sure we had a great stay and my daughter enjoyed her birthday. Yes I would return . To note: in the evening marshmallow toasting is part of the entertainment but they fail to mention that its £4 for a bag of marshmallows I'd bring your own x 😉

Got what I paid for and was happy with it! I was meeting a friend in Chesterfield to spend Saturday with her. I therefore drove form Milton Keynes to Tibshelf services after work and stayed overnight at Days Inn. I had a good nights sleep, very quiet and went one my way. A very welcome stopgap!

房間寬敞，二樓是一房一廳，廳鋪了張沙發床，房間有張大床，舒服，服務員很友好，早餐豐富，有一個桑拿室，略有不足的是，房門鎖有點難開

我們曾經在這個地方有過一段美好的時光,但最近,當地和媒體的報道並不偉大。然而,我們決定去這個地方,因爲我們從門那裏收到了一些優惠券(我們非常當地),認爲我們應該再試一次是正確的。大錯誤!我們晚上7點到達,點了主菜,我的是沙拉,加了哈爾米奶酪和花椰菜水牛翅膀。過了一會兒,女服務員回來告訴我他們沒有沙拉。我選擇了野味。當我們的飯菜來的時候,一切似乎都還不錯,直到女服務員把水牛的翅膀帶到餐桌上,我告訴她,他們是沙拉餐的一部分,作爲他們的附加物,所以我們不想吃。女服務員不喜歡這個,所以我老公說要他們,因爲只有一磅左右。這兩位派對點了甜點,我點了一杯茶,時間是8.15pm。過了一會兒,兩個吃布丁的人問他們能不能點咖啡,我問他們能不能也匆匆忙忙地喝茶,因爲我還沒有收到。女服務員說可以,沒問題,時間到了現在8.50幾分鐘內一個女的在跑酒吧,喊道,我再也不喝熱飲料了!女服務員回來給我們提供速溶咖啡,我們住在馬路對面時拒絕了,在家裏也能做到。我提醒女服務員把賬單上的茶拿掉,因爲我沒有喝。她把賬單拿給我們的桌子上還放着茶水,水牛翅膀在5.75英鎊!!!我向她解釋說這個價格不正確,她回答說它作爲起動器收費。我讓她告訴我他們在哪裏做首發,她不能像他們沒有被列爲首發名單一樣,我指着價格在哪裏,她得到了所有馬迪說好的,好的我會把它們脫掉!!別誤會我,我沒有要求刪除他們,只是想要正確的價格。無論如何,我們離開時再次對這個地方感到失望。這裏的員工,讓這個地方失望,食物實際上很好,但是工作人員的服務非常非常差。我寧願走進高峯村,享受新的聊天沃思廚房!

Casa是一個非常好的酒店。一如既往地快速高效和禮貌的員工。現場有很多停車位。 房間有空調和帶淋浴的不錯的浴室。提供茶和咖啡,並配有牛奶和水的迷你冰箱。 我們訂了早餐,但完全忘記了週一早上9點早餐吃完了。 我希望下次我們也許能使用這個功能,雖然公平,我們應該在前一天晚上訂購一個小5英鎊的房間。 一個愉快的住宿,沒有什麼可以補充的。
