雷恩佐精品飯店(Boutique Hotel Re Enzo)

我們只在 re enzo 酒店住了一晚，但就我們所住的那一點而言，我們發現自己過得很好。美麗寬敞的客房、親切友好的工作人員和豐盛的自助早餐。晚上我們來不及返回了，一切都很順利。我們一定會回來的！

Booked a room and didn't realize that it was after midnight, meaning next day. Girl at front desk informed me that they couldn't accommodate because they were full. OK that's what i get for not paying attention. Had no whereelse to goin the mean time, and didn't have enough to book again so went to the car and pulled to a quiet area in lot that was shady. then the girl from front desk came out hollering about how we couldn't be here in the hotel parking lot, even though ihad no where else to go and essentially giving me no other choice. we were gonna just nap in the car till check in time but she said If we didn't leave she was calling the cops on us which is ridiculous consideringi was doing nothing wrong. And although the hotel itself was good, this experience with the very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist just absolutely ruined the entire experience for me. I was very disappointed with the way i was treated. It's not fun being victimized.

Property was in decent condition. They were replacing the carpet on our floor during the day. The smell from the glue was not pleasant and probably not safe to breath, but I get they are trying to renovate. The morning breakfast was ok, quick and easy grab and go type stuff. The gentleman that worked the night shift was awesome. Super kind and attentive to everyone that walked in. Overall stay was fine but hotel could use some upgrades such as the pillows and towels in the room.

Hôtel présenté comme 4 étoiles…. Oui dans le hall d’entrée. Chambre pas très grandes, salle de douche petite et douche minuscule. Poubelles de la chambre pas toujours vidées…. Petit déjeuner par contre et amabilité du personnel en général, très bien.

This place is absolutely a gem In hunterville North Carolina. Every time I come I always stay here. It’s home away from home. Staff is excellent very friendly. Amy, Jasmine and Michael were very helpful and kind. This place will not and does not disappoint.

The staff were friendly and did not gives any trouble. It was, however, virtually impossible to sleep. I could hear doors opening, closing, and slamming all throughout the night. There was also bright light coming in through the gaps around all edges of the main door, since the hallway lights are bright and turned on all night long. The AC unit in my room (room 222) was VERY noisy and also kept me up all night. And finally, even though it seemed that the staff did endeavor to clean my room before my arrival, the whole room smelled like curry and sweat. It was extremely unpleasant.

We booked our stay online and when we checked in, we were checked into a room with someone already checked into that room. Then they weren't able to move us to the room we booked but instead a room with 1 king when we requested a suite with 2 queens. We are a family of 5 and this made our night more squished than we planned. I understand it was new system updates that caused some kind of glitch in their system but we still were left with a room that didn't work as well for us. However the staff was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience and unfortunately the hotel was completely booked and did everything they could to help us. It was too late in the night to try and find another hotel with 3 kids, so we decided to stay and squeeze for the night.

Everybody at the hotel was extremely friendly, except for one gentleman that worked at the desk, He didn’t appear to be very nice, but all the ladies were extremely nice to me and helpful. They always greeted me and said hi and asked me if there was anything I needed.
