博伊西市中心希爾頓惠庭套房飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Boise Downtown)

Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage.

Super friendly staff. Family friendly suits. Clean and cozy.

冷蔵庫やレンジ、ディスポーザーまで付いているので、外食に飽きた時に部屋で食べられるので助かりました。 洗濯機は使いたい時間が重なるせいか、空いていなかったのが残念でした。

Great hotel in a very convenient location in downtown Boise (by the way I had no idea how cool of a city Boise is)! It was very close to restuarants. I had mulitple interactions with the hotel staff and they were all great to deal with! The Hotel felt super clean! Since COVID I have felt like Hotel breakfasts have been subpar but this was one was excellent! The pool was so much fun for our younger kids and our olders kids also had a great time. We loved it so much that we extended our stay an additional night.

Decent hotel but electric car charging needs to change. Shouldn’t cost more to charge at the hotel vs supercharger. The breakfast also needs attention. The breakfast is set up in a weird way and it makes the line very unorganized.

No housekeeping service when it was requested. Floor so dirty it made our feet dirty. No parking included in price of room. Check out too early. Size of room was excellent, and overall area of hotel very good.

It was like staying in a brand new home. Everything you would need in a home, they had (dishes, pots, pans, etc.)

Service and cleanliness was awesome. Kids loved the pool and the room was very well taken care of would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had to call two different times (one to reserve rooms close to family members & the other to ask for an early check in) and I spoke to Sarco both times and he was very friendly and helpful. He made it so easy and we are so grateful. The hotel was beautiful and the staff at the breakfast were very friendly. Also a perfect pool for young kids. We will be back!
