The place smells like a Reno...uh, *entertainment club*. There is not a single wall in the hallways that does not have blotchy paint. There is not a single room door that doesn't have bizarre chipping paint that's been painted over. The carpets have clearly been trampled by elephants daily for at least four decades. The subflooring is lumpy and uneven. Bathroom wooden fixtures are chipped and splintered. Like, not in an aging way, but in a decaying way. There is a bottle opener attached to the wall in the bathroom that is covered in so many layers of filth it looks like it belongs in an alley in downtown Spokane. I'm glad I got a 2 bed room because the first bed had blood stained sheets. Thermostat locked at min of 68, temp reading 65 on outside wall unit... temp at bed more like 75. No way to open window. No hope of reducing temp. Compounding French lady of the night smells. Channel guide channel numbers do not match tv channel numbers. Drawers don't line up so you have to jimmy drawer to get it to close. Blackout Curtains stained. Don't fully close without massive MacGyvering. Perfect angle from street light to eye. I *dare you* to trust the Keurig. I dare you to trust the "Clean Remote"... Or the phone... Or the light switches. And I certainly wouldn't walk around barefoot in your room.

Liked that there were different options for pillows. Room was very warm. Hot tub nice. Breakfast was better than most hotel continental breakfasts. Lobby area was large and inviting. Liked that there was an area where info of surrounding area was available- employee recommendations of restaurants posted in the elevator was a good idea!

The hotel was very nice. We stayed in the handicap accessible room on the first floor. Room was very comfortable, quiet and the bathroom was what we needed…walk in shower with detachable shower wand, handrails all around shower as well as the toilet! Bed was nice. Only con was no upholstered chair just one desk roller chair…which we ended requesting another desk chair. It is kind a difficult for handicap ones to sit on the bed to get dressed or watch tv without a chair and if 2 stay in the room it would be nice to have 2 chairs. The hotel staff was wonderful in bringing the extra chair. Breakfast was amazing…nice choices…egg omelets, potatoes, pork sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Cereals, assortment of breads, cinnamon rolls, juices, coffee and teas. Would recommend to stay!

We stayed just 1 night, It is in a great location! We were here for a concert on the BSU campus, it was literally within walking distance to EVERYTHING! It is a little out dated, but for the price We have no complaints! The front desk employees were So nice! We will def stay here again

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The only thing that I would suggest is that they would get some sugar-free coffee creamer for people that can’t have sugar and don’t want to use the artificial sugar. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stain and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a problem in our room. The TV/Remote didn't work and the heat/ac unit didn't work. However the staff were excellent and provided us with a new room near the original room and everything worked there.
