SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle

The room and staff were excellent. Almost got stuck in the parking lot because of all the unplowed snow.

The desk staff was pleasant and friendly, which is nice since they were working on Thanksgiving.

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was large and comfortable.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had is the king size mattress was indented and uncomfortable. I believe it should have been replaced long ago.

Our stay was great; room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. It was conveniently located for our needs. Staff were friendly. However, breakfast could imclude more variety of hot food items.

It's not really near anything, but it's a nice hotel and a great area to do some running.

I booked a King Room but was told upon arrival that they were out of king rooms and that the manager said they reached out to everyone affected. We never received any communication from the hotel. The room was musky and damp. Loud noises started at 4am and continued all morning until about 7am. Staff seemed indifferent when all of the issues were brought to their attention. I recommend going elsewhere when staying in Boise.

We stay at this hotel often. We can always plan on a good night's sleep and a breakfast with a lot of food options.

We asked for room service every day we were there and received none. Staff was congenial when we wold ask for service but then very rude and mean when we asked why we couldn’t receive service. I feel we definitely did not get what we paid for.
