Two issues with the hotel. 1. The Checking process took a very long time, about 15 minutes, we were already tired from a long day and just wanted to relax. There was nobody else there and no reason why it should take 15 minutes to Checkin. 2. After we got settle we wanted to take a shower and sleep early as we had to get up 3:45 to leave for the airport at 4am. However we soon found the Shower not working. Only a little drip of water came out. I made a video of it also. I called the front desk Call 1 mention shower is broken Said maintenance will look at it. No call back and nobody showed up Call 2 mention we already called shower broke Said they will try to solve it in 10 min No call back Call 3 I mentioned we might as well move to another hotel as this is unacceptable and we need our shower. We have an early flight it has been almost an hour we already should be asleep Now they answered and gave us the room across to use for the shower The whole experience just did not leave a good impression with us and we would not choose this location again unless something changes.

Exactly what I wanted and what I expected. 3rd time here and would come back, if I need a hotel close to the airport. Brest price. Good restaurant. Free shuttle, works perfectly. Clean and has, what a traveller need! Breakfast included and you can ask for spécial wishes. Small shop, if you need something.

Una experiencia terrible para no olvidar, llegamos al hotel a las 8 pm mi esposo y yo, nos bajamos del carro, bajamos las maletas, no había una sola persona esperando en la puerta para recibirnos, cuando ya habíamos pasado la puerta de vidrio que se abre automática un tipo encapuchado con una pistola me apunta en la cabeza para que le entregue mis pertenencias y el hotel lo único que hace es lav**** las manos por que no fue dentro de las habitaciones sino en la entrada, no nos ayudaron en absolutamente nada ni nos respondieron por el robo ocurrido, el gerente nunca bajó a darnos la cara por lo sucedido. Para no hosped**** nunca más!

We had great experience during our stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel located very close to the airport, which was great since our flight was very early morning. They provide free shuttle that runs every hour and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and served perfectly for what we needed. There were not much light in the room, refrigerator worked great and kept our food fresh, beds were comfortable but pillows too hard for my liking. We had a complimentary bottle of water in the room and some toiletries. There are several restaurants and shops close if you need to do some shopping. There was a small sweet gift waiting us at the desk when we entered the room - chocolate - always nice when staff is detail oriented ) Thank you!
