For a hotel room like this and for the price I paid - it was an amazing stay. The only thing is that you gonna have to bring ear plugs with you, since it is too noisy. The hotel locates right next to a highway.

The rooms were just Ok. For the first two days, there was no hot water in the shower which is something typical for most Hotels in Bogota. We travel regularly there and stay in different hotels most of them have the same issue. (No hot water for the first 1st to 3rd day) I do not know if they do it to save energy but the weather there is cold so, you will need hot water. On the second day, they changed my room. The rest was just Ok.

Buenas noches, fui proveedor del Hotel Arena Suites, de la máquina para suministrar bebidas calientes a sus huésped, de la cual el Hotel a la fecha no me ha cancelado la última cuenta de cobro que radique en el mes de agosto del presente año, por el suministro de bebidas calientes del periodo del 1 de julio al 15 de julio. Continuo a la espera del pronto pago por parte del Hotel que está a cargo de la Sra. Maricela. Atentamente, Santiago Pardo B.
