Me encantó este hotel es limpio, muy acogedor, el personal fue muy amable y nos atendieron excelentemente. La comida de el restaurante es muy rica y el desayuno ni se diga. Alrededor de el hotel hay muchos restaurantes buenos y si caminas por la carrera 11 tienes acceso a varios centros comerciales. Recomiendo altamente este hotel es muy bueno!!!

El hotel excelente, muy buen servicio y el desayuno muy rico.
Sin embargo con el pago de la reserva decía que estaban incluidos impuestos y otros cargos y al llegar al hotel nos tocó pago un valor adicional en impuestos.

Excelente todo. La cama deliciosa, almohadas de diferentes alturas, limpieza impecable y super bien ubicado.
Si volviera a Colombia me hospedaria en un hotel Estelar.
El desayuno super rico, la atención muy amable. No me queria ir. Recomiendo ampliamente para familia, pareja, todo tipo de viaje, cumple perfectamente.
No tuve tiempo pero me hubiera encantado aprovechar la alberca y el sauna.

El hotel está bien estilo ejecutivo, el desayuno regular, la zona muy bien- segura, pero lo que lo destaca es su excelente personal, en especial el botones Jhon WOW el mejor de todos , super amable , servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarte y asesorarte en lo que necesites.

El hotel es céntrico y confortable. La única pega que le pongo al hotel es el desayuno que no guarda relación con la categoría del hotel. Los huevos revueltos están muy duros y conforman una pasta que no está bien ejecutada. La bollería no es tampoco gran cosa. Poca variedad en general en el desayuno.

The food was terrible . The massage was amazing and affordable. The neighborhood was outstanding. The bed was very hard but the staff accomodated with a topper. We ended our stay early and went to another hotel.

they offered a bottle of wine for the gold membership and we got 1/4 of bottle. the staff was not frendly and the room key was having problems consistently. We had to pay extra for two people and didn’t get towels for them until we asked. the place is beautiful but the service is very deficient

El hotel es bonito, súper bien ubicado, muy cerca
del Parque de la 93. Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron que la reserva no aparecía, reenvié el correo con la confirmación de Hoteles.com y se solucionó.
El desayuno es completo y variado.
