Unfortunately, my stay at Holtz's beautiful apartment turned out to be quite a disappointment. The ordeal began with frequent power outages, initially blamed on the entire area. Things escalated when there was a water outage on top of the power issues, which persisted for 2.5 days out of my 5-night stay. To add to the frustration, attempts to contact the host for a full or partial refund were met with silence. While the units look exactly as they do on the website, I encountered worms in the bathroom sink, making the hygiene situation unbearable. A man who presented himself as the owner failed to accommodate my requests or resolve the issues I faced. Safety-wise, I can't place full judgment, but I felt uneasy due to the frequent power cuts. There was no safety deposit box in the apartment, and the security staff seemed indifferent, making it challenging to contact them in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, I did not feel 100% safe in the building, which added to my overall disappointment with the stay.

Schon mal neben einer Autobahn geschlafen? Dies bietet diese Unterkunft. Schrecklich laut, nur einfach verglaste Fenster. Schrecklich. Ausserdem ist die Unterlunft Mini .....im Bad kann man sich kaum bewegen, stickiges Zimmer, schlechte Lage, keine schöne Umgebung. Einfach Finger weg . Hat auch mit Luxury absolut nichts zu tun. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

Le personnel tres gentil et tres efficace , la proprete impeccable , piscine et salle de sport au niveau , restaurant bar tres pratique , situation bonne quoi qu un peu bruyante

Apartamentos con un diseño muy especial, muy buen colchón y muy buena ducha, cocina pequeña pero bien equipada, recomendable para estadias cortas, la atención de la anfitriona Claudia de Jalo Rent, fue muy amable y con gran disposición para ayudar, cuando necesite alojamiento cerca de lq zona, seguro volveré

Tiny, noisy, cheap in Bogota. I paid for what I believed as an upgraded room given that it was the most expensive option given. What I received was the smallest room possible. It wasn’t actually possible to sit on the toilet without one leg in the kitchen (see pic for bowl distance to side counter) or close the sliding bathroom door (which seemed to be missing a handle) with a body inside the bathroom area unless in the shower. Thank goodness I was traveling alone. There was no nightstand, or anything beside the very hard bed. The room phone was in the floor. No couch despite the pictures indicating there to be a couch nor space for anything other than the bed. The windows looked out onto an office building and the blinds were the kind that were either raised or full down. There was a kitchen counter and tiny fridge in the apartment but I could not imagine staying in this room longer than a night. The entire building looked like it was trying to be “construction chic” with exposed pipes, electrical wires and unfinished looking elements in the hallways. This also made the hallways very LOUD. Sound carried awkwardly. I get street noise… it is by a highway, loud inside is different. The restaurant on the top floor was the best thing about the place. Good drinks, good service and great views. The check in for the room was disorganized and I heard from another guest about the story of the bullet hole in the glass wall of the entrance. It’s an inexpensive stay, and it shows.
