石水生態度假村(Stone Water Eco Resort)

Took it for a day reached late in the evening stayed there for 24 hours thank God we booked it only for a day. The location is beautiful but the resort is poorly ***aged. The beds mattress are poor quality found cockroach around the buffet place. I would avoid and suggest others to follow suit. Their drains are not cleaned and the area smelled. The way to the beach is dirty. Bad experience Avoid. 7500 was a waste.

Hotel needs renovation on urgent basis.. even staff is rude… poor room service… bed sheets are in worst condition.. mites and insects on wall…. They takes atleast 1 hour to provide anything in room… menu mentions round the clock menu but Restaurent closes 9pm

Who says Goa is not known for Sunrises and only sunsets are beautiful here( since it is present at the western coast of India). I was taken aback when I saw the stunning Sunrise from my seaside cottage of stone eco. Sunrise is amazing here at Bogmelo, the entire resort in covered in lush green and beautiful photo points you can get in this resort. Service is quite not up to the mark, food is decent but you will forget everything after witnessing the sunrise here. Cottages are good but not great. Overall you will enjoy your stay here.

The resort is located at a very convenient distance from Dabolim airport at 2.8 km, but it is at an isolated area of central goa with no option to step out for anything like visiting an eatery or just exploring. This makes it just an ideal stop for a night for tourist coming from long distances in south and north goa to board their flights back home. The resort has maintained its greenery and has independent cottages spread over a vast area. However, it is not meant for senior citizens or persons with disabilities or some other ailments as reaching the cottages involves lot of steps and since it is on a slope, also lot of walking. It is good for families with young children as there is a lot to do around the resort. The owners need to focus on the maintainance of cottages which seem to be rather in neglected shape. Showers, drawers, cupboards, hot water kettle etc. need some serious attention. The main restaurant is located at one corner of the resort, which again makes itdifficult for almost half the occupants as it involves walking and climbing up and down steps from cottages located at the other end. Restaurant closes from 3-4.30pm which means if you check in at 3.05pm and havent had your lunch....you have 2 choices....remain hungry till it re opens or order online from outside...it is allowed to get outside food. There are some awesome views of the ocean and it has 2 swimming pools but unfortunately maintainance is not upto the mark. Definitely with better ***agement this resort could become more than a one night stop.

Visit was ok, resort situated is secluded so for those who enjoy peace it can be relaxing, property is good scenes are beautiful, don't go on beach it stinks. If you want to enjoy beach you cab go to bogmola which is around 3 km from property and is very peaceful and beautiful. Resort is in dire need of inter-com, we need to dial in from our cells.

I will keep it short. Access to airport: It takes not more than 10 mins to reach airport via cab. Property: Very beautiful, lush green gardens and clear sea view Service: Terrible. Our encounter with Rohan from the restaurant was great though. There is NO 24 hr reception. There is NO round the clock room service. They do not have trust in the guests and charge them for food and room service at the night instead of waiting for checkout. TV is not in working condition. WORST OF ALL there is NO INTERCOM. This is a red flag for foreigners atleast who may not be carrying local sim. There is NO wifi. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE, specially FAMILIES WITH KIDS AND ELDERS. ROOMS are terrible with non functional locks and bare min. Cleanliness. Don't be fooled. Don't go Stayed in Aug in there so called premium room for one night room no : 115 and 116

Disliked · The reception staff at 0200 on 09 apr 2022, was very loudly abusive, rude, disrespectful, shouting out of control and absolutely non repentant in has behaviour. Simply put we were a group of 20 odd friends arrived at the resort at 0200 after a farewell party to a friend. the was no staff at the reception. we called out, no response, so one friend of mine decided to take the key of him room and proceed. just when he was leaving the reception, the duty receptionist arrived. my friend called out to him and told him he had taken the key to his room and held it up to show. The person on duty started shouting at him, how dare you go there, what is your name, why have you touched things on the counter. without going into further detail, he was loudly abusive, arrogant, rude, disrespectful and continued thus till he was checked by another of my friends. The hotel cannot hire such a person for front desk duties. Frankly i will never recommend this hotel to anybody and never stay there again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and wish I hadn’t. Arrived early hours in the morning, was grateful for help with my bags but the guy smelt like alcohol and was very slow leaving my room, this made me very uncomfortable being a solo women travelling. The swimming pools were absolutely filthy, green and dirty, not able to swim in them, as for the beach. Wow the amount of litter was just sad. So ***y beer bottles and just a total mess. For an “eco” resort, they should take some responsibility for cleaning this up. My whole time here I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.. staff were just plainly not bothered about helping. Also charge more for rooms than when you booked online. I didn’t have the energy to argue, I was dying to get out. With all that being said, this place has amazing potential. The grounds really are stunning, the plants are beautiful and it maybe was great once?
