太陽避風港套房公寓(Sun Havens Apartments & Suites)

Hôtel très bruyant et mal isolé nous avons pas pu nous reposer sur les 3 jours la clim n'était pas réglable donc on avait froid la nuit seul solution éteindre la clim ! Eau chaude inexistante sur les deux chambres . Si vous comptez sortir ou vous reposer passez votre chemin il y a des hotel beaucoup mieux .......Nos amis était au RDC ils étaient réveillé a partir de 6h du matin pendant 3 jours. ( On voyageait avec un enfant) et nous au troisième étage c'était la même chose . L'hôtel est dans une rue extrêmement bruyante L'accueil est chaotique la réceptionniste avant même de nous dire bienvenue nous dit qu'il faut pas fumer ni faire de bruit. Et nous donne le règlement . Même parler sur le balcon c'est trop bruyant. La réception est quasiment jamais ouverte donc il faut avoir besoin de rien. Et si vous croisez la réceptionniste elle est complètement antipathique. Nous avons fait nettoyer nos affaires avant de repartir . elle nous a rendu notre linge mal lavé et en boule. Super !!! Certaines de mes fringues ne sont pas metable tellement qu'elles sont froissé ce magnifique service pour seulement 10 dollars. La réceptionniste debarque à 10h30 pour vous dire que c'est bientôt l'heure de dégager ... Et a 11h03 elle nous explique qu'on est en retard en regardant sa montre sauf qu'on était entrain de charger les sac dans la voiture . C'est la première fois que je suis accueillie comme ça à l'étranger sur l'ensemble des voyages que j'ai eu la chance d'effectuer. c'est une bonne européene qui vraiment donne pas une bonne image de nous. La propreté de la chambre etait correcte sauf la salle de bain sale. C'est bête c'est là où on se lave. On a fini notre séjour sur la même note amer qu'à l'arrivée. Du coup on a changé d'hôtel .....

Wunderbar. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett. 10 kg Wäsche 10 Dollar, passt. Alles sehr diskret.

Me gusta mucho el alojamiento, sin embargo el fin de semana tuvimos problemas de olor a gas y con el aire acondicionado, situación que se comunico a la administración y no contestaron

Es muy cómoda, cuenta con todo y sus precios son bastante cómodos

So disappointed after writing a review on ******* that we decided to come here. The response to our review which was not overly critical (but did lay out some problems) was met with nothing short of hostility and sarcasm. We recommended a second story room because 1st floor has no outside seating. The laundry service was great. We were not happy that the a/c didn’t go below 24c. we never asked for 17c. The kitchen was lacking in a few basic amenities yet we are told they were all there during the morning check of the room? So I guess someone snuck into the room and removed items before we checked in. We were accused of calling 20 times in 3 days which is ridiculous and made to look like we were difficult. Let’s see we asked how to light the stove, reported a malfunctioning toilet, asked how the remote worked and asked for toilet paper (major sin apparently). If this is considered 20 times then clearly I owe this disgruntled owner an apology, but I don’t think so. We were in Central America for 83 nights in 32 hotels, all around the same price point, this was by far our most disappointing.

The apartments/lodge is located a bit away from the ferry docks. The area is quieter. I stayed in a larger room suitable for 4 people. Roomy. Not much of a view. Air conditioner worked well. Here is the problem - during high tide times and when raining, the area/streets get flooded.

Host was welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Place was clean, we had a nice view of the water, it was a great location, close to the town but not right in town (5 min walk). Also a super quick walk to markets, coffee shops and restaurants.

Won’t be coming here again. Place smelt like sewage and the lady owner is rude and stuck up. 1 star Water dripping down from ceiling. And sewage smell . Won’t be coming here and definitely don’t recommend
