海景飯店(Hotel Vista Mar)

Fui con un grupo grande durante varios días. La infraestructura estuvo normal con detalles muy importantes como cables expuestos en la regadera. (Una del grupo le pasó la electricidad). El desayuno estaba incluido en el paquete con un menú variado. La atención del personal al momento de atender al grupo en el desayuno no fue eficiente y en ocasiones grosera. Nos hicieron un cobro adicional por una mala comunicación al momento de cotizar y nos avisan la última noche. En conclusión, el recinto cumple con lo mínimo para brindar una experiencia regular con situaciones que dejan mucho que desear.

Decepcionante ver un hotel que te den paños y toallas de manos desgarradas , televisión de vieja tecnología y con mensaje que se va a suspender por falta de pago, deberían avisar que no ofrecen almuerzo ya que un día bajamos a almorzar y estaba toda la zona cerrada,

Me hospedé por segunda vez hace una semana y fué suficiente para decidir no volver. En la primera ocasión me sacaron de la habitación y me bajaron a una de menor categoría para dársela a un huésped "VIP" (considero que el que ya está en casa debe tener la prioridad) y la segunda vez reporté que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y me dijeron que lo revisarían. Me fuí a un tour todo el día y cuando regresé, nisiquiera se molestaron en revisarlo. A las 1:08am finalmente les escribí al WhatsApp ya que no aguantábamos más el calor. Esperamos un tiempo pero no respondieron por lo que mi novio bajó a la recepción a hacer el reporte. El chico que estaba intentó ayudar pero aclaró que no sabe nada de aire y solo estaba cuidando. Finalmente a las 2:30am nos cambiaron de habitación. Nunca respondieron mi mensaje en whatsapp, nunca se disculparon, se notaba que no hubo interés y más bien nos hicieron sentir como si fuimos una molestia.

Bella esperienza. Camere pulite, personale ultra gentile, Happy Hour dalle 16. Siamo stati molto bene. Vista apprezzabile e possibilità di utilizzare una terrazza e respirare la brezza di mare. Posizione centrale e raggiungibile a piedi dai moli dove attraccano le barche in partenza da Almirante. Prezzo competitivo.

En general es un hospedaje regular.

I was also lucky, my room, 13, was at the end of the building with full sea view, balcony and a great terrace with two hammocks right beside my door. This could have not been better. Simple but decent room, shower ok, no complaints. Number 13 is not an unlucky number after all. Number 11 was, thus is what I had but switched right away due to AC issues. Parking is limited but most tourist don't drive to the island, so me being lucky again, I have the only spot right beside the hotel. Pictures attached. Diner also at the hotel, excellent food, met the cook, she would have donde anything to keep people happy. I had a delicious calamari dinner. Perfectly cooked. Staff was very friendly. They let me check in at 9 am when arrived by ferry and even offered me breakfast because the next morning had to check out at 6 to get to the ferry. I didn't wanted, wanted to head out right away but that was a nice gesture.

Definitely a place I would return to and recommend, awesome service, very nice family environment, the staff where very professional and accommodating, thanks to owner as well which was present during the visit. Blessings.

I was disappointed with this hotel. No body at the front desk, when he apeared he did not know what he was doing, room was very small, bar or restaurant was closed and the area was very broken down,

This hotel was a 7 minute walk from the water taxi and a 5 minute walk to town. Hotel had a restaurant with good prices but we opted to eat elsewhere. Staff were kind and friendly. The room was a bit small for 3 adults and a baby but it was fine (we stayed in the multiple bed room). A/c worked wonderfully but there was a green light that lit up all night. It was bothersome. The ceilings can be remodeled as there are holes. The bathroom was tiny and had mold/mildew. Never got any warm water and the pressure was very weak. It was challenging to wash the sand off. Overall this hotel, in our opinion, should have been priced closer to $50 a night. ********** couldn’t get us a partial refund and we couldn’t cancel as the deadline had passed. We made due and it’s fine if you’re planning to be out most of the day.
