Well, if we could have slept in our car, we would have. The staff was very nice but that was about it. We checked into our first room but had to be moved because it smelled absolutely toxic. The smell itself was completely unrecognizable, like a mixture of plastic and tar. After being moved, our second room smelled distinctly of mildew, but we figured it was at least bearable, so we took it. Big mistake. The first night was fine. The second night, another guest flooded his room and all 3 floors, including ours. They had people come in to fix the problem, however, they had over 6 industrial-size fans blowing in the hallway during our entire stay, with no outlet outside pumping fresh air in. So, whatever dirt, mold and chemicals were in the carpet were now put in constant circulation in the air on our floor. We immediately became sick. My husband ran a fever for two days while we both experienced severe sumptoms of either 1) hay fever or 2) mold exposure sickness. The air was terrible but at that point, there was nowhere we could have gone and we were already sick, so we decided to just stick it out one more day. We should have complained again but didnt see many solutions. We just spent as much time outside as possible to get fresh air. Windows do NOT open. The entire building is sealed, minus whatever a/c units they have. We were sick our entire vacation. Also, no breakfast included. Management was apologetic when i called about it, but no refund because we booked with 3party
