I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting a**osphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind by the beach or simply enjoy an artistic a**osphere, this hotel delivers on all fronts. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future.

O hotél é bom, mas tem suas peculiaridades. Primeiro reservei um quarto com vista para o mar o que foi atendido. O que descobri depois é que esses quartos ficam proximos a uma ponte que abre quando necessáio (padrão americano). Essa ponte é feita de metal. Todo veículo que passava sobre ela produzia bastante ruido o que se escutava dentro do quarto mesmo com a janela fechada. Outra questão é o restaurante que fica ao ar livre. Ou seja você acorda e vai tomar seu café e se tiver vento ou chuva você participa da situação climática. O estacionamento fica na rua, na área do hotel. Estacionaram o veículo em baixo de árvores e no dia seguinte para sair tinha que ser limpo o parabrisas pois os passáros defecaram bastante. No mais bom hotel.

The valet / concierge (George, in particular) was very good. However, the hotel staff otherwise was really weak. There was a smoker in the vicinity of our room, the smoke routinely entered our room and the hotel staff was indifferent. Also, the hotel booked a celebration at the property and it was extremely loud until 11 PM ET. The hotel staff was again, indifferent.

Hôtel très confortable

The property overlooks a noisy road which can be heard inside the rooms. Also poor sounds insulation between rooms.

I asked the hotel for a quiet room shortly after I book - early morning flight/late arrival/only in the hotel to sleep...and they overbook hotel and put me in room facing a loud road – I asked for so little, just a quiet room - and Waterstone couldn't deliver this and therefore I got little sleep following nearly 24-hour travel day and then an all-day conference - really disappointing experience. The only redeeming part of the hotel was a hotel worker named George - his colleagues could learn a great deal from this individual's enthusiasm/friendliness - he is a great asset to the hotel. Nevertheless, the noisy room just made the entire hotel experience highly disappointing.

They call this a resort. It is the furthest thing from a resort that I can imagine. The hotel was filthy. Don’t waste your time or money.

Although it is common in older South Florida properties, the hotel is weathered and there was spackle on the wall in the room.
