Separate laundry room with new full-size washer & dryer, a separate workspace with desk, small 3rd room ideal for kids or 1 adult, and fenced back patio with BBQ grill and 2 lounge charis. Your home away from home in sunny paradise! Booked reservations over 14 days require additional cleaning service to maintain cleaning standards in our home.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).There is a $250 Pet Fee and a refundable Deposit.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Must provide ID. Family Trip to Boca Raton
The home was remodeled and very clean! The beds were comfortable and had all the towels and linens plus more! The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliance were updated. This was a nice place to stay and a short drive to many places in Boca Raton. The owner responded to emails and phone calls and was willing to work with us. The home was pet friendly which we appreciated for our stay.

Cozy little gem in East Boca
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The location adjacent to a busy road and the train was the only minor detraction. Still highly recommended.

Perfect home for a getaway
This home is a perfect place for a getaway close to everything and a quick drive to the beach. Me and my friends had a great time and so convenient for everything we did. The host was very nice and very easy to communicate with, definitely will be coming back here.

Comfortable and easy access
The property was well located in terms of access to activities/amenities (some train and car traffic close by), the house was perfect size for us, clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
