Muy viejo el hotel y caro. No servia el lavamanos. Tenía fuga. No pude usarlo. El hotel es viejísimo. La cafetería para desayuno es una porqueria. Es una tienda donde venden panes, granolas y yogurts. Vergüenza da que no tengan restsurante.

I have stayed here before and I think that because this booking was through a 3rd party we were given a less desirable room.

Convenient location right off the highway. A few restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel was very nice with a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. The attached restaurant was great, as well. The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a deeper cleaning.

This hotel is amazing. The only thing that may bother some people is the sound of their air conditioning unit. It actually put me to sleep. I love how big the rooms are and the pool view room was great. We were able to walk to Starbucks in the morning or just go up to the second floor of the hotel for breakfast and some tea lattes.

Very nice hotel for the price. My mom and I stayed just for the night, but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice.

Nice place, comfortable rooms. Key fobs never worked. Every time we came in, tried the cards in the doors, run down to the front desk to have new ones made, go back up to the room. That got old. One time the person at the desk told us to use the phone at the end of the hall to call down and they would bring them up. Tried that the next time and the person at the desk told me to come down and get the key. (What was worse, there were two people at the desk and no one was waiting.) No consistancy.The location to the mall was ideal.

Everyone from the front desk to the teams in the breakfast cafe were very friendly and helpful!

This property is old and broken down. Everything is in need of replacement. The hot water didn't work well. The air conditioning didn't work well. The rooms are falling apart. The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel in this state of disrepair. The staff was friendly and efficient.
