Great location friendly staff would stay again.

Air conditioning turned off every day and had to call to get it turned back on. Highly congested area. My last night no hot water till in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend

A romantic get away This was my second stay at Parco De Caribe. After I booked I called spoke with Eliezer who is extremely friendly and customer service oriented . I asked and without hesitation for extra services as I was on a romantic getaway and wanted to surprise my girlfriend. My requests were met and exceeded my expectations my girlfriend was wowed and grateful . Thank you very much Eliezer for taking care of my requests the other hotel employees also assisted . The hotel is great. My requests were met my girlfriend glad. The staff customer oriented. Shout out to Eliezer and team. My romantic get away made spectacular. Thank you very much

There was no running water in the toilet. The beds were uncomfortable, not even a battle of water in the fridge.
