So good!! The employees were friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to eating and shopping centers; well lit and in a safe area.

Overall the hotel was fine. My only complaint would be the paper thin walls. We could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us who were talking at a normal volume.

Staff was super friendly and you are close to a ton of food options. Rooms were very nice and clean!

The mattress isn’t the softest and the pillows could be better. The building is beautiful and the staff have been very friendly.

Comfortable room. HUGH lobby area in which to hang out. Lots of folks enjoying the pool and exercise room. Pleasant staff.

Checked multiple times about online and called about restaurant on the holiday's. Specifically booked here for availability to eat. Even upon check in. Carried our stuff upstairs and come back down to the kitchen closed up. Now Im sitting in an Applebees with my hungry kids waiting on food after I drove around for an hour trying to find a place open on Chris**as. Very very disappointed.

Pillows are the best! Nice pool area and hot tub. Rooms are clean and very nice! Friendly staff.

The hotel room itself was nice and fairly clean. The bed and pillows were terrible. There is a lot of all night noise from I-70 being so close.

Alarm clock went off in the room next door in the middle of the night... for 30 minutes I tried to call down to the front desk, but my calls went unanswered. I had to find the phone number for the hotel and call from my cell in order to get someone to address the issue... so beware if you are a late arrival... you may not have front desk service! When I shared this with the front desk the next morning, they didn't seem to think it overly concerning... or offer compensation because of the disruption of our sleep. I was up most of the night after that incident. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay.
