You should have put down salt, very very icy . The pools were nice . One was warmer than the other which was good. Breakfast was very good!!! Very clean in food area and service was very on top of needs of the people.

It was a good hotel with really good access to Make of America. IHOP and TGI Friday access was really good. It works be nice if hotel is upgraded.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was great. We will stay here again when in the area!

Checking in was quick and easy the employees were very nice and friendly and there was someone at the front desk 24/7.

Hotel is a great location. It appears to be older but clean. Our main complaint was the need for caulking around windows and weather stripping needed on outside doors. This made it extra cold inside especially near the pool area. Also the bathroom left alot to be desired. It was small and awkward and old. The shower area had a large in it. The shower curtain was stained with what appeared to be hair dye. The toilet was in a awkward spot when trying to open the door. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, and staff was very kind and helpful.

Distance to the lobby was unusual based on the address given in the reservation. Overall a very quiet and comfortable space. Was missing a shower curtain in the bathroom but was replaced promptly. Good breakfast choices and times for a weekend stay.

Hotel very close to Mall of America. Nice airport shuttle and shuttle to the mall as well. The front desk staff is amazing and make this hotel what it is. We would highly recommend and will come back just for how great the staff is!

Front desk staff - Pier was awesome!!! Check in process was easy and location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to be while in Minnesota… definitely would stay there again!

Friendly staff and convenient walk to connected pedestrian bridge to Mall of America. Close to the city and airport. Room was a little dated, but good for the price that was paid. Two pools and two hot tubs with late hours. Standard continental breakfast with large dining area. Check in was on the side of the building and a little confusing to find. Would stay again.
