It was nice hotel, good breakfast, clean. Everything was as expected

Enjoyed staying there. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and it was easily accessible from the highway and a short drive from the airport. The bistro was also very good. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. Ample parking. Price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

Very nice. I have to travel to Minneapolis quite a bit lately for an elderly family member & had stayed in 3 other different hotels here recently trying to find my "go to" hotel (I wont bash the other brands naming them) and THANK GOD I have found THE GO TO place! Too many wonderful things to list!! Thank You Courtyard Marriott, SOLD!!!

This is the second business trip in the last month where I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is excellent (not just good) and I'm talking every one from cleaning, check-in, the hotel bar/restaurant, even the shuttle driver to and from the airport. The facility is clean, modern and very well maintained. You will like what you find when you stay here.

Front desk gentleman was courteous and funny upon arrival. We asked for late checkout, even called that morning again for a Reminder and housekeeping unlocked our room at 11 (thank goodness for having our security lock on) and housekeeping knocked on the door twice more before 2pm.

Room had so many issues, shower door off track. Broken towel bar. Moved us to another room, it had torn up carpet. Not like any other Marriott I ever stayed in. 2 star

3 customers at dining counter when I arrived. Staff person spent 10 minutes with 2 customers and ignored the others. I left after not even being acknowledged.

The staff member who checked me in was awesome! He was personable and considerate even though he was covering the front desk for something like 48 hours due to the winter storm. The inside of the hotel looked nice. I like their private booths with televisions and the bar/kitchen area was inviting. The room itself was clean and functional.

The stay was nice, but when checking in we went to our room and it was not clean went down to get another room and the second one was also dirty. But the 3rd one was good.
