明尼阿波利斯布盧明頓西拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minneapolis Bloomington W)

While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean. I was very happy with the room. The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

I had a good room and nice view.. Front desk ok

Well the staff was cleaning 24/7 but the hottub for which i booked the hotel for was out of commission and from my understanding it has been for years. Plus when my significant other tried to take a bath in the room, the property manager came to our room and tried to enter the bathroom with her still in it. Claiming that water was leaking into the room below ours.

The property in general appeared well maintained but not really. there was trash throughout the parking lot. Empty beer bottles. I actually drove over one. My room had a cockroach in the bathroom. The tub drain was slow so I showered in standing water. Breakfast was a zoo with many ppl getting food barefoot despite signage and after bringing the roach situation to the hotel, they advised that they couldn’t discount bc I booked thru *******. I would not stay at a La Quinta again.

There were lady bugs in the room. The mattress was not vacuumed. Carpet was not properly vacuum. Pool was not working, chilled water in the pool, the heating system was not working to warm the pool water. In the first room 1802 its heating unit was broke down. Changed room 1816 its coffee maker was dead. I have pictures as proof.

I don't think we would stay there again. Had to switch rooms at check in due to the room they gave us smelling. Then, was given a key to a room that already had a guest in it. 3rd room did seem fine. The hot tub was boarded up and the pool had a lot of hair in it. Everyone working there seemed very nice, but again will stay else where when in the area. Most of the other La Quintas we have stayed at we have liked much better.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed when we went into the pool area and found the hot tub drained. I think guests should be made aware of it when booking. Or at least when checking in. There were also no towels in the pool area. After a while someone came and put some towels on the shelf, but they were bathmats/towels. They were so short, I coultn't even wrap them around the kids. Breakfast was ok, would be even better with bacon or sausage. Room was older with patches of the popcorn ceiling coming off. The faucet for the shower was hanging off the wall.

Overall the hotel seemed very dirty and dingy. Our room, was very dusty, dirty and none of the electric worked on the one half of the room. The hot tub was boarded up. Our comforter had blood stains on them. It was just bad.
