Grant Street Inn is a quaint B&B within walking distance of downtown Bloomington and the IU campus. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is the best i have ever had at any B&B & the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay while in Bloomington, Grant Street Inn is the best choice. Highly recommended.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and the whole inn was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and convenient walking distance to everything in downtown Bloomington. On top of it all, it was very affordable. I will highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bloomington.

The Grant Street Inn was wonderful-cute from the street, plenty of no cost parking and the staff was really nice. I was concerned that our room would be noisy, bc it was right next to the check-in desk. I heard some voices early morning, but mostly muffled, and easily covered by my fan app on my phone. Great space and food for breakfast-server/attendant was very friendly & pleasant. I was in town with my youngest for a college visit, and seeing my oldest who is a student.

this is a nice little place to stay in the heart of Bloomington within walking distance to the University and downtown restaurants with accomodations comparable to 4 star hotels. Noteworthy was the breakfasts which were a lot better than your standard breakfasts at hotels. and also the home made cookies. WIFI was great. Room with king size bed was large.

sheets had not been changed from previous guest as noted by makeup & yellow stains on pillowcases & bottom fitted sheet. The woman at the front desk stated that she would bring some over when she had a chance, she added that they were short staffed. She showed up in about 30 min & handed me a couple items, then started to walk away. Asked her if she was returning to put them on bed & she stated that she didn’t know how to & she was busy. There was only one sheet & pillow case in what she handed me. Opened up pullout bed and only found one flat sheet, one pillow without a case, and an old gross blanket. Had to call for too many essential items missing. If you’re going to be tired and don’t feel like doing housework, don’t stay here. Almost forgot the 2 cleaning ladies fighting outside the door early the next morning

We loved ur stay there. Super Quaint. The people at the front desk were great. It's close to everything, walking distance, and love being next to campus. The room was so nice and clean and cool when we got there. The bed was not comfortable, old mattress. We will be back.

After staying at 5 or so other properties in Bloomington, this is the only one we return to. The rooms are consistently clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. It says a lot to us that we see the same great staff over the past few years when it is so difficult to find help. Walkable to dining and campus. Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for the umbrella lending and stay strong through the busy new school year.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. The last time we came the breakfast was wonderful. They changed the breakfast menu this time, and it was hardly edible. They had eggs sunny side up that had been sitting too long. They also had another prepared dish, and the meat was rather tasteless and tough.

We are very familiar with Bloomington but first time we have stayed here. The price was very good and it was a perfect location to walking to kirkwood and to the square. The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable- the bed was great. Very comfortable-one of the best hotel beds yet. The breakfast was quality and lots of choices. Afternoon cookies and coffee also good. Highly recommend-would definitely stay again.
