布盧明頓Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Bloomington)

When I booked the room on ******* it was advertised as handicapped accessible. When arrived at the facility, I asked if the room was handicapped accessible. I was assured that it was. IT WAS NOT! There was a walk in shower, but no seat in the shower, no hand rails in the entire room. Fortunately, I was there to assist my spouse, or it would have been impossible for her to get into the bathroom and back out again. ******* and this facility need to review what handicapped accessible means.

This hotel is in a convenient location, just a couple minutes from my company's corporate headquarters. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was surprised that my room had a full kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, and cooktop. If I visit my company's headquarters again, I'll definitely stay here.

Much improved since our last visit in May 2022! Seems like carpet has been replaced. No longer using smelly cleaners. Seems like furniture has been replaced. Everything seemed clean. Cookware seemed newer. Brand new toaster. Excellent water pressure in shower and lots of hot water. Windows can be opened for fresh air, which is really important to us. Great help from Oscar who straightened out a reservation issue for us. We will definitely return.

Our overnight here was ok. A nice sized room on the top floor. Good air conditioning but very loud. When the unit kicked in it was right next to the bad. Very noisy. Bed was ok comfortable. One thing I did notice. I am a bit of a neat freak and I happened to drop something on the bathroom floor. I really don’t like to see hair and dirt in corners. I think a bit more floor cleaning would be better.

I stayed overnight in the two-bedroom suite with my husband and four young children. The toilets in both rooms were dirty - one was full of hair/ debris and the other was full of urine on the seat and over the entire toilet. The body wash container attached to the wall was also empty. During my shower, I had to exit my bathroom and go to my children's bathroom to get soap. Upon arrival to breakfast at 9AM - there was no breakfast. The eggs, sausage, and bacon containers were all empty and we were told will not be replenished. All of the carpets, common areas, and general appearance of the hotel appeared dirty. I travel regularly for business and have been a Marriott member for years. This is far below average expectations for a Marriott property.

Bathroom ceiling light did not work, towels bar by bathroom sink was broken and missing, there was a coffee make but there was no pot. There seemed to be only one staff member taking care of breakfast and he couldn't keep up. When we went to breakfast, there was very little selection. The trash can was overflowing. They need more staff to keep breakfast running smoothly.

Having stayed here at least 10 times before I expected the usual best effort. Unfortunately, the hotel is slipping. Our shower handle was *****ped and would not turn the shower on! We gave the broken handle to the desk clerk who remained indifferent to the problem and offered no "sorrys" , let alone a solution. The breakfast was also served on paper plates and was below average. This was our 9th Marriott property used on this trip and the price was the highest. Time for us to select a different property if we return to the area.

I traveled and strayed here with three kids. The experience while there was OK. The hotel room was a two bedroom suite that we stayed in. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean, and the garbage‘s were still full from the people that had stayed in the room before us. Gross! But.. the biggest problem has been since we have left! I have been charged twice for the same room and I have not been there. Still waiting on a refund, if you’re going to stay here, keep a close eye on your accounts

The ******* listing says hot tub there is no hot tub. The on-site breakfast was missing a lot of stuff. Make your own pancake was there but no batter. Missing fruit and other items.
