Friendly and warm reception. Rooms excellent and super clean. Friendly communication. Location adorable and easy to find. Restaurants close to venue. Easy admission in and out through gate and door. Breakfast exceptional. R

Bayswater Lodge have friendly staff that are always willing to help. The place has a beautiful garden and swimming pool .They play the most beautiful relaxing music late afternoon. The rooms are clean and towel's changed daily. Breakfast changes every day and you can choose to eat there or have breakfast packs. Overall a home away from home. They are not fully geared for load shedding but they are working on it. There are battery lights and cell chargers in the rooms and the passages has light.They do have a Gas stove so hot food is not a problem.

Not to visit the place again. I was awakened in the every morning whilst resting. To be precise, the facility, favors certain people, though it is located in a very convenient safe location, close to the police station

Our car had technical issues and we were forced to stay in Bloemfontein for 2 nights while it was repaired. We were so please to have found this guest house after having visited another substandard one while searching for a place to stay. The owners were friendly and helpful and tried to assist us with their contacts for the vehicle repair as it was a public holiday. We needed a pet friendly venue as we were traveling with a small dog. This venue accommodated us. The rooms were of a very high standard. Clean and well maintained. The rooms are serviced daily and we had fresh linen and towels on both days. We had an inter leading room as we had teenagers and the unit had a small kitchenette with Microwave, fridge and essentials such as kettle, cutlery and crockery. We made use of the braai facilities and the pool on the second day. There is DSTV and WIFi in the rooms. There is nice breakfast on offer for an additional charge. No other meals are available. There is no bar.

I would recommend Bayview Lodge to everyone. We traveled all the way from Mossel Bay for my husbands work. We were supposed to stay here only for one week but unexpectedly we stayed for another. The owners (Pauline and Tony) of Bayswater Lodge helped us to sort our laundry because we only had enough clothes for a few days. Thank goodness for that because I had no idea where to go. They serve amazing breakfast every morning with a delicious fruit salad not to mention the most tasteful fluffy omelette ever. We had a great privilege to enjoy the braai facility next to the pool and enjoy our Saturday evening. The Rooms are neat and comfortable. It’s all you will need for a business trip. The luxurious garden around brings calmness after a hectic day at work. This is truly a great experience and we will definitely return if we need to come to Bloem again.

Anton and I were delighted with our stay at Bayswater Lodge. The room was serviced daily, which was great. The location was also perfect for us and satisfied our needs. Tony and Pauline made us feel welcome as well as Frankie :) Thank you so much! We can definitively recommend Bayswater Lodge for a very pleasant stay.

Outstanding hospitality. Very convenient location for our tour. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great overall experience. The lodge is well suited for school sports teams travelling to Bloemfontein.

Was at the place 2hrs before check-in and the owners were so accommodating. The quietness of the places makes it expectional. We enjoyed our stay. And thank you Tannie Pauline for the warm welcome . 😘😘
