"我們去伊麗莎白港，途徑布隆方舟，於6月24日入住該酒店，旅館由一對老夫妻經營。由於不熟悉道路，走了一段地面路，耽擱了時間，晚上8點才抵達導航引導的旅館，正當我們觀察哪一棟房是旅館時，長者已站在大門入口處向我們打招呼，看來已經等候我們多時了，非常有責任心的長者。進屋後，長者連忙將我們引進卧室，介紹開關、插座的位置，電視劇的遙控器，衞生間設施的使用，早餐的時間，特別關照衞生間的門要關好，因為晚上氣温低，衞生間麪外，門開着，冷空氣會襲入卧室。第二天早晨，我們起床推開房門時，長者的太太已在為我們準備早餐了。昨晚來得太晚，沒來得及“巡視”，現在可以仔細瞧瞧了。這是一棟老式的別墅，室內裝飾、佈局，傢俱的式樣，以及花園的玲瓏，都表明是老夫妻日常生活的所愛，也就是説，日常生活如何，旅館也如何。所以，你會感到這不是那種專業性的旅館，而是家庭式旅館，給人一種家的感覺，有親和力，非常温馨。我猜想，長者的孩子成家立業自立門户了，長者閑着無聊，將自家多餘的房間作為旅館，想使自己的晚年生活更豐富，更有韻味。 如果哪一天您也路過布隆方丹，不妨在此小住一夜。"

"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"I have stayed here many times and always receive a warm welcome. I had this time as on other occasions a ground floor room facing the lovely and well kept garden. The room was quiet and sleeping was no problem. The shower room though a bit small was perfectly adequate. Breakfast provided fruit and yoghurt as well as cereals. Hot breakfast was cooked to order and very nicely done. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to South Africa."

"I spent a night at this hotel with some family. I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were clean and good, with a nice bathroom. The interior of the hotel is pretty. The rooftop bar and dining room are good settings. However, my dissatisfaction arose during the meals. The drinks took a while to arrive once we ordered even though the place wasn’t busy. This was confusing since the drinks we ordered wouldn’t take a long time to prepare (e.g. a can of soft drink or a beer). During the meals, we found that we couldn’t order certain things on the menu because the kitchen didn’t have enough stock of it left. We only found this out after ordering and had to take another look at the menu."
