Check-in was easy. Hotel managers were helpful and friendly.
The room was as advertised and very clean.
Would have been nice if there was a cover on the ironing board.

Side walks were SUPER icy! The bed in the room I stayed in was horrible! The WORST I’ve slept at a hotel! Walls are paper thin as I could hear the person in the next room snoring! Even with the tv on! Dog was barking all afternoon as well!

This hotel is next to the sports center which is very convenient. The entire staff that helped us gave us great customer service. Whether it wa the people taking care of breakfast or the desk we were treated like family. Great service!

The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel rooms are super clean and comfortable. For breakfast, I would suggest that the protein options not be pork-only on Sundays. Thank you.

There was no shampoo or body wash in shower, I went to the front desk and told them , they asked when they could refill them I said anytime they never came the entire stay 3 days 😡
