Overall this hotel was nice great location, also on the the beach, good transport and easy to walk to town centre, good facilities, only flaw was it was our first visit to the hotel and I booked a family of 5 room with a sea view costing 78 pounds and on arrival was given a family of 4 room with no sea view only costing 65 pounds which I know as it stated the price on the receipt I was given by reception on arrival

Generally a brilliant hotel other than there needs to be more staff. Also the cleaners need to change the beds more often and not say they have cleaned the room when they had not. Overall quite a good hotel great location guy works hard to run the show

That was worst ever experience in life so terrible rude staff nothing to drink eat no cleanliness dirty toilet dirty room and staff was not coperative at all my worst wvwr experience i never saw such staff, hotel and noisy uncomfortable atmosphere

The hotel needs updating couldn’t have shower cause it was leaking into the downstairs one felt sorry for the staff they where running round everywhere cause they short staffed one person on reception an then running to the bar area needs more staff an care an attention to the establishment

This is a budget hotel and was exactly what I wanted. Good breakfast. Rooms dated but adequate. I would come back as a place to sleep but not as a holiday venue. Reception was friendly and offered advice when asked.

Lovely greeting by Callum (not so great by the different man when leaving). Ian (stand in chef) was lovely, very friendly and chatty. Disappointed with no shelves in the shower to place your toiletries on, the sea view wasn’t the best (was at the side of the property), there was sweets behind one of the cupboards al over the floor and no evening meal option (just one choice) but overall the stay was made good by Callum and Ian thanks guys

hotel was ok, only a few people staying so the bar was shut, breakfast was very good and a great server on hand. parking was £ 7 pounds so i declined it. parked 25 yds away in the street for free.

M Y BEDROOM WAS RATHER SMALL THE ONSUITE WAS ALSO RATHER LIMITING. THE ENSUITE WAS ALSO WAS RATHER SMALL . MEALS WERE EXCELLENT BEING WELL COOKED AND PRESENTED ENTERTAINMENT EACH EVENING WAS ALSO VERY GOOD
