阿辛頓飯店(The Arthington)

Wow! Having been visiting Blackpool for the last 12 years we have experienced some very different B&B experiences so as usual was wondering what we would get…… Well what we got was perfection! Exceptionally clean with Modern decor, Steve was so accommodating, saved us a car parking space, allowed us to check in early and communicated on the morning of check in also. We stayed in room 8 which was stunning, had everything we needed and more! The small additional extras were so nice. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in.. so much we missed breakfast for ten more minutes! Steve and Elaine really do have the X Factor for B&B’s this place is beautiful and I will no longer need to spend days searching for a good place as we will now be returning here every visit!

The Arthington Hotel was exceptional. It was spotlessly clean, the decor was stylish throughout and the attention to detail was impeccable. The owners were lovely and it was obvious they take a lot of pride in their business. We visit Blackpool often, and have stayed in some hotels that were dreadful, so we usually opt for Travelodge or Premium Inn because you know you will get a certain standard. However after reading all the excellent reviews on this hotel, we decided to try it. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and are sure if your stay was longer, you would leave as friends. Thanks

Just home from another fantastic stay at the Arthington .. Elaine and Steve are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make you welcome . Rooms are beautifully decorated to the highest standard with everything you need and more on hand. Breakfast is fantastic quality produce and a wide range of choice. Location is perfect .

Guest House St Chads road just up from main road which runs along seafront. Secure parking at end of road with locking bollards. BIG bonus (£6/day and well worth it). Steve and Elaine are top notch. And I mean top notch. Room was small but comfy and had everything you’d need. Small – but good – bar downstairs and small – again but good – dining area at opposite end. Downside ? Breakfast time is 08.30 – 09.00. And that’s it. Actual breakfast ? Very good. Maybe a 20 minute walk to Central Pier but the tram stop is just at end of the road. Beware tram times though. I bought a 3 day pass but ended up walking mostly due to long waits between times (Friday, Saturday & Sundays are different and vary 15 minutes to half an hour). Overall very good and I would very happily stay again and recommend it. Steve and Elaine do exactly what they say and are totally reliable. I wish all accommodation was as well organised.

Brilliant hotel! Would highly recommended this accommodation. The rooms are very clean and have a smart tv and Alexa dot which add a nice touch to the room. Nice bathroom with shower etc. The bar is nicely stocked and have a lot of options! Steve and Elaine are nice hosts and offered a nice cuppa on arrival. There is an option for breakfast too. The location is great as it’s right next too a tram stop and between the central and south pier. We will be back!!

Asked if we could come a day earlier & they accommodated our request, stayed in room 2 first, then into room 1 for our original booking, both beds so comfortable & pillows relaxin to get a perfect sleep every night, new items on the breakfast menu , the choice is unbelievable, opted for eggs benedict on the 2nd morning which were delicious, the food is outstanding, love the bar area, & all the extras that come with the rooms, yet again met some great guests who also sang the praises of the hosts Steve & Elaine, great chats, laughs, highly recommended,

My wife and i recently stayed at The Arthington and what a great stay it was. From the moment we arrived the owners Steve and Elaine couldn't do enough for us. After a welcome brew they showed us to our room and what a great room. We stayed in Room 1 which i think is their biggest room and it was superb. Loads of space, very big, very comfortable bed with a lovely ensuite. We had the English breakfast both mornings and it was great. Piping hot and very tasty, well worth the money. They offer more than just an English for breakfast, the choices are very good. This was our second time staying at The Arthington and we are booked to stay there in July to go to the Lytham Festival. Its definitely our go to place in Blackpool and you should make it yours.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are beautifully decorated ,showers are spacious , lovely breakfast and the host are a lovely couple and are most welcoming

Where do i start !! Everything was absolutely 5 star from when we arrived to the minute we left . Stunning room everything you could need and more they have thought of eveything hairdryer,bathrobes,slippers,iron,coffee maker,toiletries and a lot more too ! Lovely couple with excellent customer service skills they certainly know what the customer wants. Breakfast will suit all tastes they have a great choice of the usual full breakfast but also other items ie pancakes,waffles. They certainly stand out from the other b&b's they even have a car park you can use at a reasonable price if there is no free parking left .Great location tram stop nearby. Would not stay anywhere else now whenever in blackpool. Thankyou for your hospitality.
