Stayed here many times before but not in a while due to travel restrictions, hotel is still in good condition and service still good, not surprisingly for Blackpool the breakfast is a little chaotic but that’s expected, downside Is the new parking fees, 18 pound a day is excessive for a none secured car park.

Nothing wrong with the hotel in general, but the PARKING IS £18 PER NIGHT!!!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!
No-one told us the parking was going to cost that much! All it said on the Trip.com website was paid parking, which you don't expect to be £18 per night!!!!
Very disappointing and it spoiled our trip to Blackpool. Don't think we'll be back to this hotel!!

Booked twin room with two beds but got 1 double bed. Shower won't stop had to call reception to send somebody out. Not suitable for light sleeper as you can hear people staying in room above and could not sleep most of the night because of people walking in the room above. Breakfast should have been Buffet but it was order on the plate and staff not available to replace food items.

After a long time away from staying at the big blue hotel we decided to return to our favourite hotel in Blackpool. We stayed in the family room with the usual great view of the pleasure beach however we feel that after staying in similar standard hotels more recently that the décor and facilities require a revamp to bring it upto the required standard based on the price you pay.
Dont get me wrong the place is still great but the family rooms require an upgrade.

The hotel was great no problem the problem was on the Saturday night was a nightmare they had loads of young girls at the b/pool dance competition theyran about the corridors at night banging on people’s doors shouting and screaming it was a nightmare no problem with the hotel or service the staff were wonderful

Room was big, clean and very nice, my son loved his own space with the bunk beds and PlayStation! Staff very friendly and help full and breakfast was very nice, planning our next visit already.

Stayed for two nights and with no complaints apart from there not being anyone at reception to help with our luggage to our room. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant facilities. Fantastic clean room and maid service.
