RANDAL WAS GREAT AT THE FRONT DESK. HAD HOMEMADE COOKIES BAKED AND VERY WELCOMING. THE YOUNG LADY DOING THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. VERY FRIENDLY. SHE HAS BEEN EMPLOYEE THERE FOR QUITE SOME TIME. SHE IS A KEEPER.

いつもは近くのTruに宿泊しているが、今回はこちらに宿泊してみた。 同じヒルトングループだがコンセプトが違う。 私にはこちらの方が落ち着く。 バスタブもあり、ベッドもcomfortable 。 ゆっくり眠る事ができました。 デジタルキーだったのでお水がもらえなかったです、部屋に置いておいてくれると嬉しいです。

This hotel might as well be an Americans best in Jackson mi. They are infested with roaches and the manger and hotel would only give a 15$ discount at a 100$ rate a night. I could have stayed ata Marriott roaches for 55$ a night they still wanna chance beyond more and my second night they declined me a checkout with refund early and the new lady promised me 30$ a night but the manager declined still not trying to help at all or let my son and I check out with my money back before the day even started.

It’s rare we write a negative review. We were booked at the Hampton in at 2225 Shirley drive. The front desk greeted us and provided a key to our room. We entered the room and there were guests in the room. They were shocked as we were. We returned to the front desk and were offered another room. We opened the door and the same thing happened. There were guests in the room. We returned to the front desk and were offered another room. It turned out to be their handicap room. This was fine till we both took showers and the tub filled it water. The drain was not working. We decided to leave and were refunded our deposit. We later talked about his and realized this is how people get shot. Enter someone’s private room unannounced. Additionally the entire property is outdated

Stay as far away as you can from this place! I'm going to try to be as objective as possible here and will point out the goods things. 1. We arrived at 8 pm. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were not paid for and we had to pay. However, I had two prepaid rooms through the Hilton website. We waited for almost two hours. I called Hilton three times and they said to the front desk staff that it was paid for. The front staff called the manager and finally they "allowed" us to go to our room and was told that things were going to be settled in the morning. The morning came and a different staff member told me the night staff forgot to change the reservation from credit card to prepaid. 2. The beds are OLD. Our king size bed had a hole in the middle and absolutely no support. I believe that it's one of those mattresses that you can flip, not sure but I believe it was. 3. The hotel offers clean up/tidy up every other day. We stayed Tuesday to Friday. On Thursday morning at 10 am we get a knock on the door. The lady asks what we needed. She handed my husband trash bags and towels. Yup, we were supposed to take trash out by ourselves and I guess keep piling towels one on top of the other. I called the front desk and asked for our room to be done. We come back late at night. Trash was out and old towels were taken. However, the beds were not done. Rolls of clean sheets were left on our three beds/two bedrooms. Yes, we are supposed to make our own beds. Good things about the hotel: Breakfast. It was good. However, the waffle maker was broken. Room products. They have Seven products and they are pretty good. They do not leave your skin dry. Ac/Heating Unit. They work as they are supposed to. I stay in hotels all the time. Some for professional reasons and many more for family vacation. This was a family vacation. This place is good for a one night stop and done. Manager needs to work on training their staff and updating the beds.

While in south central Michigan, my daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, Jackson. It was a comfortable stay. The exercise room and pool were most welcome; The pool was clean, a nice temperature (not too hot or cold) and quite empty so relaxing was easy. Folks were nice at the desk at times of check in and out. About the only negative I found was the lack of fresh fruit. Most Hamptons have several options available, but the sole fruit on our departure morning was oranges. Other than that, all was well. If you are visiting the area, I recommend the hotel.
