We paid for a king sized room. When they were charging us, we realized we forgot the incidental charge of $55 and it came up short three dollars and nicely asked the front desk if they could figure out a way to work with me on the three dollars as I only have one prepaid card. I’ll be with that money. They were not able to work with me at all, having a little bit of frustration as I was walking away, there was a cardboard side that I fake punched at it barely connected with because of this I was approached by security, and was told that I was a danger, I was escorted off the property and told that if I came back, I would be considered trespassing. They also called the police over something like this, embarrassed me, was very disrespectful to my wife. I took the highroad and apologized to the head of security that night, I asked for peaceful resolution, received none and there was no apology to my wife either. I was told everything would be canceled, I would be reimbursed receive a receipt. They still charged me, took my deposit. I asked ******* to reach out and help out with this and get my reimbursement, and they never answered the phone for ******* either this was a horrible experience, horrible customer service, and as of now they have still stolen my money for the room that I did not stay at.
