房間十分清潔舒適，尤其喜愛它的床褥 職員（前堂接待員和路過的清潔員）經常面帶笑容，且主動提供協助 酒店步程至林肯火車和林肯大教堂皆約10分鐘 不要求什麼酒店設施的話，這間酒店會很不錯，性價比高

Well i guess it must be ok for a chambermaid to knock on your door and enter the room at 9.30 .Im a publican and was looking forward to a nice snooze after a busy xmas and new year .After i complained to ANDREA i was told that i was in the wrong abd that i must have had 2 cards (i didnt ) i run my own busy i not an idiot!but thsts how ANDREA talked to me .Ater spending £120 on room and food i as a loyal customer stopping numrrous times i wii not be returnig

Sways stay here at this time, this year extended to two night break. Terrible check in took over an hour , long queues, door cards not working etc etc , minimal staff ……given some rubbish about rooms with view now are extra , nobody told us this when we booked in September and when asked the manager couldn’t provide this to show us and arrogantly walked off!

Positives Nice hotel. Booked a premier plus room so nice room, good location. Negatives Only 1 person on check in, queued out the door. Took 30 minutes. Food not served til 6 pm and only 6 items available as shortages " beyond their control!" Only 4 types of cocktail, no gin based. Cost nearly £150 for 1 night and evening meal! Not worth it!! Went to Manchester Trafford park west last weekend. Much better - will be going there next year!

My husband and I stayed for I night, as we were going to the carol concert at the cathedral. A 10 minute stroll and you’re right in the centre if the city. Car parking is not provided, but there is a multi-storey right behind the hotel. Currently it charges £6.80 for 24 hours. This hotel has recently undergone a massive upgrade. It is fab. The rooms are beautiful and the showers are amazing.

We recently stayed at the newly renovated Premier Inn in Lincoln City centre and had a brilliant time. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an excellent king size bed. We had breakfast both mornings which was of a high standard and enjoyed in a very pleasant dining area. Special mentions must go to Ashlar, Katie and Chris who made our stay even more enjoyable with their warmth and friendliness. If you are visiting Lincoln, we would highly recommend this hotel…well done to all concerned.

Well located for the centre of Lincoln. Good for parking in the multi storey car park directly behind the hotel & only paid £10 for 48 hours parking. You can book early checkin for £10 although we tried and couldn’t get through the say before. Clean hotel and as you would expect for a Premier Inn

At Premier inn Lincoln we had a wonderful comfortable stay , the room and our bathroom was neat and clean . The service was very good and the staff were extremely helpful . The hotel is very well located , parking was just round the corner . In short we were very happy to have spent our 3 nights there . Will definitely recommend it to friends and family if they wish to visit Lincoln . Keep up the standard .

We've stayed here a couple of times whilst visiting my son in Lincoln, staff and hotel have always been very welcoming. This time I mistakenly booked the room the night after we were arriving. Due to the hotel being fully booked that evening the member of staff tried her hardest to look at other hotels in Lincoln, even through it was rival hotels, they were trying to help us as much as possible. Just before booking somewhere else, the manager said that she thinks another family left a day early so we could have their room instead. They said to come back 20 mins later so they can give the room it's make over, so we decided to go out for some dinner. When arriving back, we were able to have the room and we were so grateful at the service. 10 out of 10. To be far it is always great service here so this just summed it up. Breakfast was always topped up and hot, coffee was hot and strong, so I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, will see you again sometime soon.

Stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary and was very happy with everything. We told the man on check in we where celebrating and he put us in a Premier plus room and also got us a drink. Many thanks to him but sorry I didn't get his name. As previous reviews say, the staff are all friendly and very helpful. It's a great location with good parking for £5 for 24hrs at weekend. Thanks for a great stay.

What a weekend. Absolutely amazing. The hotel is one of the best Premier Inn we have stopped in by far. What a fabulous location. The food was outstanding at the restaurant We had the meal deal breakfast and main and it was definitely well worth it. Just to say I want to praise the waitress we had (rennique) she was amazing very polite, friendly and extremely efficient

This is my fourth time stopping in premier inn Lincoln really clean and all the staff are always there if you need any thing had breakfast every morning with the cooking breakfast there was a great choice and always looking fresh had the evening meals twice good value for money the hotel it is close to the train station about a 10 minute walk and close to all the bars and restaurants and shops

A Very warm welcome and such lovely staff. The room was perfect and Premier Inn is a great stay every time. I definitely recommend staying here as it’s a great distance from the main city centre and east to get to from the bus/train station. Plus the price is really good especially for the above and beyond service you receive

Great Saturday away. Problem with check in but sorted within half an hour by a lovely lady on check in desk. Booked a premier plus room which was amazing. Very clean. Hot, tasty breakfast. Hotel central to everything & parking £5 in car park next door for 24hrs. Will return again 👍🏼

We received a warm welcome when we checked in and they were very good with our 4 year old son. All the staff smiled and said hello in passing. At breakfast we were also made to feel welcome. I'm normally made to feel awkward with having a wheat allergy, but here, they were very helpful and prepared. They gave me the list of all the food and the allergens they contained, replaced my cutlery and napkin for a fresh set, took my order and had the food cooked fresh in the kitchen, so there was no chance of cross contamination at the buffet counter. I was reminded of the excellent staff in many places at our holiday in Nashville and wished it was the same in Britain; here it was up to that standard. The room was very clean and the shower room was very good with the rainfall shower head option and even provided body wash. There was a purple nightlight above the bed head that we left on for our son, which was a good idea to include in the room. All in all, it has encouraged us to come back to Lincoln again nearer Christmas and stay here.
